dozo Inc., which operates ZEN TEA BREW, exhibited at one of the largest Japanese food expos in the US, held in Los Angeles, and served a total of 1,170 tea cocktails to over 700 visitors.
At the booth, four types of craft tea cocktail kits using tea leaves from Shizuoka Prefecture were introduced. Visitors had the opportunity to experience making cocktails directly from tea bags. The concept of "infusing tea into alcohol" brought a fresh surprise to American food culture and generated significant interest from many people.
ZEN TEA BREW is a craft tea cocktail kit born in Shizuoka, a Japanese tea producing region. Through the new experience of "tea × alcohol," we aim to deliver the charm of Japanese tea to the world. We will accelerate our expansion in the US market and promote collaboration with overseas distributors.
