How to use the DIY cocktail kit

  • 1. Pour alcohol

    KANPAI Cocktail Kits allow you to create cocktails using ingredients like tea with 400ml of alcohol. By using spirits with an alcohol content of 40% or higher, active ingredients such as catechins and theanine dissolve 140% more efficiently than in water or hot water.

  • 2. Extract for over 1 hour

    You can enjoy it as a cocktail from one hour onwards. Extraction proceeds for up to 72 hours, so you can also enjoy the changing flavors as an experience.

  • 3. Enjoy Cocktails

    You can drink it straight, on the rocks, diluted with soda, or even as a cocktail. Enjoy a tea cocktail unlike any other.
