A floral, refreshing spritz with strawberry, rose, sake and soda.
Make the ZEN TEA BREW ZTB02 infusion with vodka first. Sake softens the drink and gives the strawberry, rose and hibiscus notes a lighter finish.
INGREDIENTS
45ml ZEN TEA BREW Rose Black Tea Martini vodka infusion
60ml sake
90ml soda water
Ice
Strawberry slice or edible rose petal
METHOD
1. Fill a wine glass or highball glass with ice.
2. Pour in the tea-infused vodka and sake.
3. Top with soda water and stir gently once.
4. Garnish with strawberry or a rose petal.
A simple floral serve for an aperitif or food pairing.
