A smooth tea cocktail with roasted oolong, peach and warming spice.
ZEN TEA BREW ZTB04 combines Shizuoka roasted oolong with ripe peach, ginger and clove. Vodka gives the infusion a clean, smooth base while the roasted tea stays on the finish.
HOW TO MAKE THE INFUSION
1. Pour 400ml of vodka into the ZEN TEA BREW bottle.
2. Refrigerate for around 1 hour.
3. Strain before serving.
SERVE IT YOUR WAY
Serve over ice, top with soda water or tonic, and garnish with a peach slice or lemon peel if available.
Makes around 10 serves.
