Instructions
1. Brew the tea
Steep the teabag or loose leaf tea in 8 ounces (about 1 mug) of hot water for about 3 minutes. Then, remove the teabag or tea leaves and chill in the refrigerator.
2. Prepare the fruit and herbs
In a small bowl, mash the blackberries, sugar, and chopped mint. Divide this mixture between two glasses.
3. Make the cocktail
In a shaker, combine the chilled tea, bourbon, and ice. Shake vigorously for about 30 seconds, then pour into the glasses.
4. Garnish
Lightly stir the cocktails in the glasses and garnish with mint leaves to finish.
