A floral tea cocktail with Shizuoka black tea, strawberry and rose.
ZEN TEA BREW ZTB02 balances a soft black tea base with strawberry sweetness, rose aroma and a bright hibiscus edge. Vodka keeps the drink clean and lets the floral notes come through.
HOW TO MAKE THE INFUSION
1. Pour 400ml of vodka into the ZEN TEA BREW bottle.
2. Refrigerate for around 1 hour.
3. Strain before serving.
SERVE IT YOUR WAY
Serve chilled over ice, or top with soda water for a lighter long drink. Garnish with strawberry or a rose petal if available.
Makes around 10 serves.
