45ml ZEN TEA BREW Roasted Peach Oolong vodka infusion
60ml sake
90ml ginger ale
Ice
Lemon peel or peach slice
METHOD
1. Fill a highball glass with ice.
2. Pour in the tea-infused vodka and sake.
3. Top with ginger ale and stir gently once.
4. Garnish with lemon peel or peach.
